CALL TO ARTISTS INFORMATION - WALNUT HILLS and OTHER HS STUDENTS ONLY (READ ALL)

 
THEME: Health and Helping
With our chosen theme "Health and Helping", our goal is to have our gallery of art filled with any sort of mental/physical health experience, emotion, and representation. This art can be inspired by or made in memory of family members, close friends, personal experiences, or just any representation.

Blood Cancer United is a foundation with a mission to cure blood cancer and improve the quality of life of all patients and their families. This event is led by Presidents Randi Bernal and Lila Sikes, who have stepped up for Team Hope Hustlers with a team of Walnut Students for the Student Visionaries of the Year 2026 7 week fundraiser.


WHAT YOU CAN CREATE:
We accept artworks of all mediums, as long as they fit the exhibit theme. These can include (but are not limited to): paintings, prints, sculpture, digital art (must be printed), ceramics and pottery, and more.

 

HOW TO SUBMIT:

1) First! If you are planning to submit, you must fill out the “form of intent” here (https://forms.gle/sVtJRBCz2pWK1fot6). This will help us plan for the amount of artworks to be shown.

2) All works must be completed and turned in by Tuesday, March 3, 2026.

3) All submissions must be completed works of art. No unfinished works. All flat works must be framed and/or ready to hang.

4) You must submit your work with a piece of paper (or written on the artwork) that bears the full artist name and the official title of the work. This is important because this information will be printed on the gallery card and will be listed on the Caza Gallery website.


How to turn in your artwork:
You can turn your artwork in by the deadline in Mrs Henderson's room 2713, OR, you can drop your work off at Caza Gallery, 3078 Madison Rd, Cincinnati OH 45209 on Monday, March 2 between 8AM and NOON, or Tuesday, March 3 between 9AM and 3PM.

All flat artworks (paintings, prints, etc.) must be framed and/or ready to hang.

 

SALES AND PRIZES

All submitted works will be sold during the show with 100% of the proceeds to benefit Blood Cancer United.

Three prizes will be awarded to the most-voted artworks at the exhibits.
1st- $100 Visa giftcard         2nd- $50 Visa giftcard         3rd-$25 Visa giftcard

The voters will be the attendees at the exhibit, so make sure to invite your friends and family to attend!  All attendees receive one vote.
